ASKED QUESTIONS

Plans and pricing

Q.
What are your fees?
A.

They differ slightly based on how many sessions you purchase at a time. We offer packages of 10, 20, or 30 sessions. Message us in the contact form and we will be happy to email you our pricing structure.

Q.
Do you offer a group rate?
A.

We do! We offer a drop-in rate or a slightly discounted monthly rate for Small Group Personal Training. This is our most cost-effective training option.

Q.
What is the term length of your contract? Can I pay per session?
A.

Sessions sold in packages, are non-refundable, and must be used in 6 months. Payment is collected at your first session. Our subscription-based service is billed each month and needs a 14 day cancellation window.

Personal training

Q.
What kind of exercises and equipment do you have at your gym?
A.

Our style of training is more "functional", so you won't see fixed machines in our gym. However, we offer dumbbells, kettlebells, hex bar, barbells, squat rack, TRX, slam balls, ultimate sandbag, plyo boxes, bands and much more.

Q.
Do you offer private sessions for groups?
A.

Aside from our Small Group Training, we offer Partner Training. This includes 2 clients working out together. We offer 30 or 60min sessions, sold in packages of 10 or 20.

Q.
Am I able to try a single training session without committing to a package ?
A.

Yes. If you're unsure about committing to a package, after completing our complimentary consultation, we can bill for 1 single training session.

Women's health

Q.
Do you work with clients that have hormonal imbalances such as irregular cycles, PCOS, hashimotos, etc?
A.

Yes. We have helped women understand their cycle and learn how to support their bodies through proper nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle modifications.

Q.
Can you help women with pelvic floor dysfunction?
A.

It depends. As a GGS Pre & Postnatal coach, we understand issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor disorders, incontinence, postpartum depression, etc. But, we are cautious to work within our scope of practice and refer out when necessary.

Q.
Do you modify strength training according to each phase of the menstrual cycle ?
A.

It depends on the client. Our passion is educating women on supporting their bodies in each phase of their cycle. Sometimes this includes modifying the workout to best suit the clients needs for that day. We understand each person is bio-individual and has different needs.

Nutrition

Q.
Do you provide meal plans or macro counting?
A.

No. While we understand some clients wish for a more rigid plan, we have found that most clients have little long-term success with these plans. Instead, our style of nutrition coaching includes attainable lifestyle modifications. We help clients discover the best wellness routines that work for them and empower them to meet their unique health goals. We play the long game here, instead of "quick fixes".

Q.
Do you offer any nutritional testing such as food sensitivities or gut testing ?
A.

No, but we are happy to refer you to someone who can.

Q.
What does a session look like?
A.

After completing our complimentary consultation, the client can choose whether they prefer sessions in-person or virtually. Upon completing our detailed health history, the coach and client will review it together and determine where the client feels they need the most support. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes. Together we set 2-3 goals for the client to work on before the following session.

Q.
Do you take insurance?
A.

No. Our services are out-of-pocket.
